I am a communication strategist who loves to create and discover ways to help communities, organizations and individuals make smart, healthy decisions.

I bring more than fifteen years in communication planning, research, implementation, evaluation and teaching to the table.

I specialize in project management, market research, public speaking, strategic planning, and teaching, and I have demonstrated success in solving problems, building relationships, crunching data, and consulting.

I spent a decade in academia, but the draw of home and industry were too strong to keep me away from the East Coast. Whether it's doing or teaching, I just want to make a difference.
